TOPS believes its employees are its greatest assets, and so we are committed to providing team members with the safest working environment and highest level of training possible. We will have a selection process that screens personnel prior to being placed in a position to ensure that they are competent to complete the position requirements. Competency means that they have the right mix of experience, qualifications and training. Training will be provided to keep personnel current in operational and emergency requirements for their position.
